It’s time to register for the MAESP 2018 Annual Conference.  The feedback we received from you last year was overall positive but did request additional time with our conference attendees.  We hope to address that need with several opportunities this year: 

  1. MAESP is collaborating again this year with MASSP and will be offering a joint Thursday evening reception in the exhibit hall.  This means that you will be in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday evening, March 15th from 6:45 to 8:45 as well as Friday, March 16th .  The MASSP organization will be running their exhibits through Friday lunch.
  2.  MAESP is also offering an opportunity for exhibitors to present in the Exhibit Hall for an alternative to participants attending other sessions.  A proposal for these sessions is attached to this email and may also be found on the HOME PAGE of the MAESP website.

This year’s conference will be held March 15 - March 17, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina in Cambridge, MD.   The exhibit days will be Thursday evening, March 15th 6:45 – 8;45 and Friday 8:00 at 4:30 pm. This year, our Past President, Dana McCauley will oversee our vendors and the exhibit hall.
